Once integrated with Greenhouse, Syft will begin uploading your job description and candidates to be read by our custom AI engine. Syft pulls out all relevant details from each application and automatically matches each candidate against your job description. When everyone is uploaded, you can see a list of candidates as they're ranked against your job description.

You can either review the top matches here by expanding on each candidate, or you can choose to modify our custom AI-based filters to find the right people in record time. Once you've found them, simply tag the candidates in Syft to have them appear in your Greenhouse candidate list.
