Pera is a talent assessment platform that helps recruiters identify the right candidates faster and more fairly. Through a digital interview with three open-ended questions, Pera benchmarks candidates against a database of millions of professionals and ranks them based on selected competencies. Recruiters can customize interviews with 100+ benchmarks and additional assessments to gain deeper insights into skills and competencies. Pera generates clear, data-driven reports for both recruiters and hiring managers. By predicting job success and cultural fit, it enables shorter time-to-hire, stronger retention and bias-free screening. All data is protected with ISO 27001-certified security.

Digital interview: three open ended questions

Every interview is fully customizable to fit the job role. Recruiters choose the questions, industry, experience level, language, etc. and they select the benchmarks used to evaluate candidates. Applicants receive a link to access a secure personal portal and complete the interview by answering three open-ended questions.

Easy-to-navigate and customisable platform

Recruiters access the Pera platform to create and manage digital interviews, review candidate profiles and responses, compare applicants and track usage. The platform also allows teams to add users, define themes and personalize each interview to fit the specific requirements of every job role.

Personality type and other assessments

Alongside the three open-ended questions, recruiters can enrich the interview with additional assessments, including personality and hunter–farmer profiles, matching pairs, cognitive skills, language sentiment, speaking assessments and written language proficiency, to obtain a well-rounded image of each candidate. Additionally, benchmarks can be customized to fit the company’s culture.

Simple and intuitive reports

Immediately after the digital interview is completed, Pera generates two automatic, easy-to-read reports, one for recruiters and (optionally) a simplified report for candidates. The recruiter report includes clear insights and tailored follow-up questions to support deeper, more effective interviews.

Custom models

A custom model is built from your current employees’ KPIs, competencies, and rankings. It identifies the skills and traits linked to top performance, benchmarks your team against external data and predicts which candidates are most likely to succeed.

Board assessment

Pera’s built-in board assessment analyzes leadership, innovation, and commercial competencies using digital interviews. Just as it evaluates candidates, it also assesses team dynamics and fit to predict the board’s overall performance and effectiveness.
