When a candidate enters your trigger stage, Talent Pronto sends an email and text with a link to interview with Anna over chat. The interview takes 10 to 15 minutes, is available any time of day and candidates can pause and resume. No recruiter action is needed to start it.

Import a job from Greenhouse and answer a few questions about the ideal candidate. Anna plans the interview questions and a scoring rubric for each one. Review the plan, edit it or add your own questions before publishing. Every candidate for the role gets the same structured interview.

Each answer is scored against the rubric criteria and rolled into an overall score out of 100. The interview report includes the full conversation, the per-question breakdown and highlights and red flags, so reviewers can see exactly why a candidate scored the way they did.
