Automated onboarding
The integration allows for the automated onboarding of successful hires from Greenhouse to Zelt. Once a candidate is hired and marked as successful in Greenhouse, their employee data will be automatically transferred to Zelt, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the chances of errors or omissions.
Webhook integration
To ensure real-time data transfer, the integration supports webhooks. Greenhouse can send a webhook notification to Zelt whenever a new hire is marked as successful. This immediate notification triggers the automated onboarding process in Zelt, ensuring that employee records are up to date without any delays.
Scheduled data synchronization
In addition to real-time updates through webhooks, the integration also provides the option for a once-a-day scheduled data sync. Administrators can configure for data synchronization between Greenhouse and Zelt and set the preferred Onboarding template. This ensures that employee data is regularly updated in Zelt, even if there are no immediate changes triggered by the hiring process.
