Town is the AI assistant built for teamwork. Your "Townie" gets to know you deeply (for instance: how you like to draft emails and schedule with candidates), then gets to work - proactively supporting on everything from Greenhouse updates to hiring manager updates.

Townies connect to all of the tools you already use, like email, Slack, calendar and your meeting recorder.

Once connected, ask your Townie how pipeline looks for a role, and they'll give you a stage-by-stage breakdown. Ask for that update every morning, and your Townie will instantly create a routine. Take it even further by asking your Townie to keep your ATS up-to-date and watch your Townie start working like a true human assistant.
