New hire sync
As soon as a candidate is marked as hired in Greenhouse, their information is synced with Thelma. Information like full name, title, manager, start date, etc. help to kick off the onboarding process on the Thelma platform.
Onboarding automation workflows
When an employee is hired in Greenhouse, Thelma uses their information to start onboarding workflows to streamline the work of HR, IT, and managers. Tasks like email account creation, adding employees to the right email groups and shared storage drives is done without lifting a finger. Those once tedious tasks and so much can be automated using Thelma workflows.
Department sync
When Greenhouse and Thelma are connected, all Greenhouse departments are synced to the Thelma platform. Each department is used to set up specific onboarding and offboarding defaults.
