Recruiters can also export candidates sourced through RepVue's Talent Sourcing tool straight into Greenhouse as prospects, complete with name, email, current role, company, LinkedIn URL and location, ready to be matched to the right requisition.

Automatic job postings sync
The RepVue <> Greenhouse integration eliminates the manual work of managing job postings across multiple platforms. Recruiting teams can automatically sync job postings between RepVue and Greenhouse, ensuring consistent job visibility and reducing administrative overhead. This streamlines the posting process and keeps job listings synchronized without requiring duplicate data entry.
Job applicants
RepVue users will be able to apply by an external URL on your Greenhouse site. When users click ‘View Job’ on the job post on RepVue, they can read the full job description, then click ‘Apply Now’, immediately redirected to the Greenhouse site, where they can apply. If a user applies via the URL, they will have the RepVue source appended to track in Greenhouse.
Export a candidate from RepVue Talent Sourcing to Greenhouse
From any candidate's profile in RepVue's Source Candidates tool, recruiters can click "Export to Greenhouse" in the sidebar to send that candidate directly into their Greenhouse ATS, with no manual copy-paste. The candidate is created as a job-less Prospect (not tied to a specific requisition), so recruiters can associate them with the right role later. RepVue passes over first and last name, email, current title, current company, LinkedIn URL and location, and automatically tags the record's source as "RepVue Sourcing" in Greenhouse.
