With Paradox, job seekers receive an instant response the moment they express interest via text message or career site chat. They can ask questions about benefits, culture, and available jobs. Once a job is selected, the application process begins as a conversation.
When candidates meet the qualifications for the job they've applied to, they are prompted with interview times to choose from based on the hiring manager’s calendar availability. If the candidate can no longer make the selected time, they can reschedule by sending a text and selecting a new time through conversation.
