Screen candidates faster with live video interviewsFairgo.ai’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to screen candidates with AI powered live video interviews.  Use the Fairgo.ai integration to connect with Greenhouse to fetch jobs and candidate applications.  Jobs are used to automatically create interview questions from the posted content.  Candidate resumes are evaluated against the job requirements.When an assessment integration is set up, hiring managers send a test to a candidate.  Fairgo will invite the candidates to a live video interview, where our AI will ask four questions relevant to the role.  On completion the interview transcript will be used to evaluate the candidate for the role, and a score along with a deep link to Fairgo.ai will be sent back to Greenhouse.
