Sign. Send. Track. Done.SHAKE IT’s Dropbox Sign for Greenhouse integration simplifies and automates the job offer and acceptance experience via signature fields in your Greenhouse templates. Recruitment teams are able to easily send and track offer letters to candidates directly from Greenhouse. Candidates receive a notification and reminders to sign their documents digitally, and once they do, the completed agreements are saved back into Greenhouse for automatic record keeping.

Dropbox Sign will automatically send reminders for outstanding requests. Cancel and re-send requests if there is an error or omission in the agreement or the request.
