Should you decide to make an offer to a candidate, the recommended services from BAL’s assessment can be initiated through the Offer stage of the same interface. Information such as job title, job description, salary and the offer letter are securely passed into BAL’s system, lessening the data collection process for you and your foreign national new hires.
